因为疫情的缘故，lockdown把预定的appointment往后移了一个月。 结果前台有个小姐姐给我预约错了美容师，逼着我只能再改期。 beibei是我一直用了几年的美容师，她做项目效果非常好，所以她的预约都很满，很难约到她帮忙做脸。幸亏改期那天遇到了中文客服小姐姐Sabrina，简直太棒了！ 服务态度非常好，而且专业到位！ 她先是帮我往后先订个时间，然后将我放到waiting list里面，万一前面有空缺就给我电话确认往前调。今天我就收到了Sabrina的电话，说刚有人这周末reschedule appointment，她就马上跟我confirm这周能不能去。门店真的需要多几个这样专业尽责的staff.
