在墨尔本生活了三个年头我尝试过了无数个理发店，很高兴我终于找到了一个符合我标准的韩式风格店铺。对我个人而言，对一个理发店的评分要看他们以下几个方面：1. 服务态度的好坏。作为一个韩式风格的理发店，D2M这家店所有的理发师都是韩国人，店长精通中文韩文和英文，全面考虑到顾客，不管是怎样的发型都能通过店长与理发师无缝沟通交流，毫无障碍地体验正宗的韩式发型。2. 理发服务是否全面。我个人头发是易损发质，头皮养护头发保养都要常做，D2M所有的养护产品都自韩国进口让人很放心。烫染护理，染色、接发技术都很成熟。3. 理发技术。每位理发师都有丰富的从业经验，对于每位顾客的发型他们都会找到适合的风格，及时跟客人沟通交流，交换意见，致力于达到顾客的预期。

在墨尔本最糟糕的一次烫发体验，第一，烫发不对称，右侧轻微的卷，左侧根本没有；第二，头发最下面那一层直接没卷；第三，说话自相矛盾，一方面说做不出来自然卷，才烫出来会很卷，得过一段时间才会自然，结果出来直接不卷。第四，烫发出了问题非要推卸责任说烫的是自然的卷。并且这样的自然卷必须保持湿度，必须定型膏，手也不能梳理。尽管做到了这些，保持了两个小时，回家后依旧完全直了，根本不像才烫出来的效果，像烫后一年或半年，必须得你自己做造型。除此以外，服务体验也差，理发师小姐姐发现了问题还有歉意，但是门口管理员跟我理论半天，连一句对不起都没有。最后她们想修补，我没同意，退了烫头发的钱。以下图片是才烫出来当天，以及今天的结果
