从未体验过如此极差的态度，也去过他家很多很多次，之前体验都还行。大无语事件就在今天发生了。
今天提前打电话和前台说会比预约时间的时间晚到10分钟，前台就要取消我的预约，可以理解（不过以前预约后再去还是会等。我又在google上预约了今天下午的时间。结果前台打电话告诉我说不能这么做并且用很粗鲁的语气 ，明明显示也可预约的时间我怎么就不能预约了呢？最后他们把我的预约取消了。
最可气的事情发生了，我再想用我的账号预约任何一个时间段，所有的都预约不了，用别人的账号随便预约。呵呵，这商家心眼这么大的吗？
