で連絡したら違う店舗に予約が入ってたの事。
こちらはそんなの知りませんでした。
謝罪メールが着てメルボルンいる間に来てくれたらサービスすると言われましたが予定が入ってたので断りました。
客の立場に立って考えて欲しいです。

正直、次回はないかなと思いました。
まず、お店の雰囲気はわりと殺伐としており、担当の方も最初髪のリクエストを聞いて以降、自己紹介もなく必要最低限の会話以外一切話しかけてきませんでした。
そして、シャンプーは本来なら気持ちよくリラックスできるものだと思うのですが、今まで受けたシャンプーのなかで一番気持ちよくなかったです。
撫でるようにしか洗われてない。
これにはかなり驚いたし、隣でシャンプーをしていた他の担当さんと話し始めたりして、しばらく放置されたり、言葉がありませんでした。
ただ、カットやカラーリングは良かったです。
一つ気になったのは、帰った次の日、髪を洗ったら洗ったお湯にカラーリングの色がしっかり出てしまっていたことです。
素人なのでわからないのですが、これって大丈夫なのかと不安になりました。
とにかく、色々ともったいないなと思いました。
オーストラリアで日本人系のお店行くと、結構な確率で微妙なことがあります。。
もちろん、いいお店もたくさんある。
日本みたいにきっちりする必要はないと思うのですが、気を抜くところが間違ってる気がします。
