パーマに行きましたが髪の状態からできず、悪いなと思ったのでトリートメントをお願いしたのですが、カラーは不要と言ってるのにも関わらずなぜかヘナという白髪染めで色をつけられた。自宅に帰りおかしいなと思い連絡しましたが、コシとハリを出すためということでヘナというトリートメントをしたとのこと。どこに聞いてもヘナは白髪染めに使うとのこと。わたしは白髪なんて目立つほどないし、色は嫌だと言ってるのにも関わらず、なぜこういうことするのか全く理解不能です。１３０ドル支払い、返金もされず。コロナでお客さんがいないからお金を巻き上げてやろう根性が許せない。お金も戻らないのでクチコミしました。二度と行かない。
